Keeping teenagers and older kids engaged is a wholeee different animal. These podcasts will help by keeping them engaged without overloading them with too much information at once.
Take advantage of these great podcasts for older kids that let your teens deep dive into a topic, with the chance to do so alongside a relaxing activity such as going for a walk, coloring/ drawing, or maybe even helping out with some chores around the house.

Although it’s not specifically a kids’ podcast, this one-minute daily show is a great fit for older kids who want bite-sized pieces of history. Each episode highlights events that happened on that day throughout history.

History Channel’s 30-40 minute podcast that focuses in on historical events that happened this week (in the past 😜).

A great, short podcast that covers world history, U.S. history, and Texas history (it’s produced at the University of Texas).
